Yes, writing is difficult, hard work. For people with the “call to write” (Mark David Gerson’s term, and I think it fits), it’s a labor of love, but it’s still a labor. It’s SO worth it!

Find a group of fellow writers to support you. There are local groups, I’m sure, and there are a number of online groups. I can point you toward some if you want – just let me know. The support, critique, and sharing of experience and knowledge is priceless.
